These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Prody ("Service"), operated by Prody ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account.
You agree not to:
You own your data. We do not claim ownership of any data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not sell your data to third parties.
You are responsible for the data you collect from your users, including obtaining appropriate consent and complying with applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR and CCPA).
The Service includes AI-powered features (Prody Signals, Ask Prody, Adaptive Intelligence, Correlation Discovery, and Product Guide content generation). AI-generated insights and content are informational and should be reviewed before deployment. We use Anthropic's Claude API to process your data for AI features - your data is not used to train AI models.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. During the early access period, the Service is provided "as is" without any service level agreement (SLA). We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance.
The Service is currently free during early access. When paid plans are introduced, we will provide at least 30 days' notice. You will not be automatically charged - you must actively select a paid plan to continue using the Service beyond any free tier.
You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms with reasonable notice. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. During the free early access period, this cap is $0.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
