A monthly tracked user (MTU) is any unique user who triggers at least one event during the calendar month. Anonymous visitors and identified users are counted separately unless identity resolution is enabled, which merges them into a single user.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, the new plan takes effect immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
We won't cut off your data. You'll see a warning in your admin dashboard and we'll reach out to discuss upgrading. We believe in soft limits - your analytics shouldn't break because of a traffic spike.
No. Free and Pro are month-to-month with no commitment. Enterprise plans may involve an annual agreement depending on the terms negotiated. You can cancel anytime.
